A couple weeks ago I ordered this contraption called the Juppy Walker. It is an alternative to the traditional rolling walkers that I am sure our parents used when we were babies but now are getting a lot of negative press.
I have not given the Juppy much of a chance, but here are the pictures from the first attempts with it.
The straps do tend to get in the way and distract him from walking.
He found it much more amusing to lay completely flat on his back rather than walk.
I really do feel like he is close to walking, but seeing as though he is my first baby, I could be totally wrong. He is standing on his own for several seconds at a time so much and he is adept at both cruising around the furniture and walking while holding on to something with one hand.
