Thankful

Gratitude is the quality or feeling of being thankful. 
It is important to have a thankful heart in all circumstances. 
Being thankful reminds us to seek out the good in that day.
I read somewhere that regular practice of gratitude can change the way the neurons in your brain fire and help to create more positive automatic patterns. Cool, right?
Positive emotions soothe distress.
We all crave appreciation, so turn that around and appreciate the things in your life.
In giving thanks to God, the Holy Spirit will cover your heart with peace and positivity.

Be joyful always; 
pray continually; 
give thanks in all circumstances, 
for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
1 Thess. 5-16-18
