This year, I resolve to resolve monthly.
This is what my resolutions looked like last year. I had to find them in an old journal...
All forgettable.
I somewhat achieved numbers 2, 4, and 7.
I want to follow through this year. So I will set my goals monthly. Seems reasonable.
JANUARY
- Start training for a half marathon
- Trim some fat, maybe 3-5 pounds
- increase my patience
- Read 2 books
